They relocated their head office to the Philippines, offshored key roles, and streamlined operations to cut costs without cutting impact. Reuben flew in, incorporated PeoplePartners, secured an office, and hired 35 offshore staff—proving that with the right structure, offshoring could be a long-term growth strategy, not just a cost-saving move.
