National Harbor, Maryland (DC) — From 2–4 April 2025, entrepreneurs, integrators, and EOS Implementers from around the world came together. It was for the annual EOS Conference—one of the most anticipated events for growth-focused businesses.
Designed as a space for companies running on EOS to learn, connect, and strengthen their systems. The conference delivered hands-on sessions, meaningful conversations, and practical insights for visionary leaders.
As a proud sponsor and EOS-run business, PeoplePartners was right at the heart of the action. Representing the team were Reuben Brennan, our CEO, and Anthony Rice, our Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer.
Between breakout insights and hands-on booth action, PeoplePartners didn’t just sponsor the event—we sparked conversations. We showcased the power of workforce re-engineering through strategic offshoring. We also deepened our connection with the EOS community we’re proud to be part of.
The $2 Million Talk That Got Everyone Talking

Anthony Rice, our Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer, led one of the most talked-about sessions of the event. He challenged the usual view of offshoring, moving beyond cost-cutting to introduce workforce re-engineering.
Many attendees initially believed they had optimised offshoring already; however, Anthony revealed untapped potential waiting to be unlocked. Through real-world examples, he demonstrated how businesses can uncover up to $2M in hidden efficiencies by rethinking their team structures.
Why Workforce Re-Engineering Matters
The heart of Anthony’s talk was simple: offshoring isn’t just about hiring—it’s about redesigning how your team works.
This approach, what we call workforce re-engineering, starts by helping leadership teams step back and see the full picture. It’s about identifying friction points, clarifying roles, and making space for growth. Cutting costs is only part of the process; designing a team built to scale drives true success.
Anthony showed how this mindset shift can reveal up to $2M in untapped opportunity. It’s not in theory, but in real businesses that once felt stuck.
He offered a glimpse into how PeoplePartners helps EOS-run companies realign their org charts and relieve overburdened leaders. It aims to unlock capacity through offshore support. The goal? More clarity, more traction, and more time spent on what matters most.

The highlight? A hands-on workshop where participants mapped out their own team structures. They identified gaps and spotted offshoring opportunities unique to their businesses. The room buzzed with energy—as leaders listened, collaborated, and actively began building real solutions.
Guess the Cash, Win the Watch
To complement the ideas shared on stage, we brought those same concepts to life at our exhibitor booth. The centrepiece? Our interactive “Guess the Cash” game.
Inside a sleek briefcase sat stacks of faux cash—symbolising the savings businesses often miss when they view offshoring purely as outsourcing.

Attendees guessed the total, and those closest walked away with Apple Watches.

Though light-hearted on the surface, every guess sparked deeper conversations about where money leaks occur. This loss is through poor job design or underutilised talent. The booth stayed busy throughout the conference—proof that a little curiosity (and a lot of playfulness) can go a long way in opening up big conversations.
Real Talk with Real EOS Legends

One of the highlights of the EOS Conference experience was the VIP Dinner, a truly unforgettable evening that brought together over 200 Visionaries, Integrators, and EOS Implementers. Held alongside the main conference in Washington, DC, this exclusive event was an opportunity to step away from the breakout sessions. It allowed participants to connect in a more intimate, relaxed setting.

The night was filled with inspiring conversations, hearty laughs, and real talks. Attendees were people who all spoke the same EOS language. Surrounded by industry legends and forward-thinking business owners, the atmosphere was electric. Great food, fine drinks, and even better company fueled the event’s energy.

It was a night of genuine connections that went beyond the formalities. It made clear that EOS is more than a system—it’s a community of like-minded leaders. These leaders are all striving to build better organisations.
Workforce Wins Start Here
If there’s one message we hoped to leave behind at EOS Conference 2025, it’s this: when offshoring is approached the right way, it’s not just about saving money—it’s about building a business that runs better.
By rethinking org charts and identifying where your leadership team is stretched too thin, you can uncover hidden opportunities. These can be worth hundreds of thousands—sometimes millions. The $2M opportunity isn’t a theory. It’s a reality for companies that choose to re-engineer their workforce with intention.
At PeoplePartners, we don’t do offshoring the traditional way. Our approach is built for EOS-run companies. We look beyond roles and resumes to restructure teams around clarity, capacity, and sustainable growth. It’s real, it’s grounded, and it’s delivering results for visionary leaders who want more than just cost-cutting—they want better.
If you’re curious what this could look like for your team, let’s talk. Whether you want to review your current org chart, explore offshore potential, or simply start a conversation, our team is here.
Because offshoring done right doesn’t just fill gaps—it frees up your best people to do their best work. And that’s a win worth working toward.
