We didn’t start PeoplePartners because it was easy. We started it because we had to.
When our business took a 70% revenue hit overnight, we had two choices: cut our losses and survive or rethink everything and build something better.
We chose the latter.
We rebuilt our workforce from the ground up, not just to stay afloat, but to create something stronger, smarter, and more sustainable. Founded in 2014, we’ve grown from a premium staffing company to a thriving business process outsourcing firm operating in Australia and North America.
Today, we help companies scale not just with talent, but with the right structure, the right tools, and a workforce strategy designed for long-term success. We’re not just an outsourcing provider; we’re a trusted partner in building offshore teams that feel like a natural extension of your business.
Leadership That’s Been in Your Shoes
Our founders Reuben and Anthony didn’t set out to build another outsourcing company. They were business owners first.
They ran companies in Business Brokerage, RTOs, and more, hiring and managing teams the traditional way until they hit the same roadblocks many businesses face: soaring costs, inefficient hiring processes, and talent that didn’t quite fit the bill.
At the time, they operated from a three-storey office, managing a 70+ onshore team with high overhead costs, including fleet cars. When a sudden 70% revenue drop hit, they knew the business couldn’t survive under the same structure.
They relocated their head office to the Philippines, offshored key roles, and streamlined operations to cut costs without cutting impact. Reuben flew in, incorporated PeoplePartners, secured an office, and hired 35 offshore staff, proving that with the right structure, offshoring could be a long-term growth strategy, not just a cost-saving move.
Instead of scrambling for short-term fixes, they tore up the traditional outsourcing playbook and started from scratch. The result? A people-first, partnership-driven approach to building offshore teams that aren’t just extra hands; they’re strategic assets.
