Creating Conversations (and a Bit of Competition) at the PeoplePartners Booth

At ITEC25, we wanted our booth to be more than just a space to display brochures—it was a place to start real conversations. Our event delegates Vik and Suraj brought great energy to the floor, engaging with RTO leaders and guests through open chats about industry challenges, workforce planning, and smarter staffing solutions.


To add a bit of fun to the mix, we ran a “Guess the Cash” game, inviting attendees to estimate the amount of faux cash sealed inside a briefcase. The participants with the closest guess took home wine gift boxes—a small celebration of sharp eyes and even sharper instincts.
The game gave people a reason to stop by, stay a little longer, and spark conversations that mattered. It turned our booth into a space where insight met a bit of lighthearted fun—reminding us that genuine connections often start with something simple.
